Anti-static Raised Access Floor Production Inspection Standard - General Specification of Raised Floor for Electrostatic Protection
No matter the manufacturer and user of the anti-static raised access floor, you need to understand the production inspection standard and specification of the floor for electrostatic protection. Now follow Accessfloorstore.com to check out the key points of the raised floor inspection and manufacturing specification and requirements based on SJ/T 10796- 2001 General Specification for Raised Access Floor for Electrostatic Protection and know more about the flooring system.
Anti-static Raised Access Floor Specification - Composition, Construction, Production Inspection Standard and More
1. Scope of Application
This specification is applicable to the computer room and other places where need to install the raised access floor with electrostatic protection requirements. The raised floor is laid on the ground of the building for installation equipment, equipment wiring, and air conditioning wind storage. Other raised floors for similar applications can also be referred to this specification.
2. Definition
Height of raised access floor: The distance from the upper surface of the raised floor to the ground of the room.
Bearing of four jamb: The raised floor support contains stringers and the floor is laid on the beams.
Bearing of four corner: The four corners of the access floor directly installed on the pedestal.
Systematically resistance of raised access floor: The sum of the resistance of the upper surface of the raised floor to the floor support base.
3. Composition
The raised floor can be divided into bearing of four jamb and bearing of four corner. The raised access floor of bearing of four jamb is composed of floor, adjustable pedestal, stringer, cushion (conductive rubber pad), etc. The floor of bearing of four corner is composed of floor, adjustable pedestal, cushion (conductive rubber pad), etc.
4. Structure
The anti-static raised access floor is mainly composed of a base board, an anti-static floor covering and a conductive part.
5. Production/Inspection Standards
Dimensional tolerance
Side length tolerance: 0-0.4
Panel thickness tolerance: ±0.3
Surface level: ≤0.6
Adjacent side verticality: ≤0.3
Note: Limit panel thickness tolerance of the same batch floor is 0.3 mm.
Electrical performance
When the indoor temperature is (23±2) ℃ and the relative humidity is 45% RH-55% RH, the raised floor system resistance is: conductive floor R<1.0 x 10^6 Ω, static dissipation floor R = 1.0 x 10^6 Ω- 1.0 x 10^10 Ω.
Mechanical properties
- Load performance of the floor
Load Type | Concentrated load | Rolling load | Ultimate concentrated load (N) | Uniform Load
Load (N) | Deflection (mm) | Permanent Deformation (mm) | Load (N) | Deflection (mm) | Permanent Deformation (mm) | Load (N) | Deflection (mm)
Ultra-Light (CQ) | 1960 | ≤ 2 | ≤ 0.25 | 980 | ≤ 2 | ≤ 0.25 | 5880 | 9720 | ≤ 2 |

- Impact resistance
After the floor impact performance test, the permanent deformation of the floor surface should be ≤ 1.5 mm, and there should be no damage.
- Anti-static panel covering wear resistance
Material | Abrasion Resistance | Wear Resistance |
Melamine | ≤0.080 g/cm² (100r h) | General ≥ 400r |
High ≥ 1000r | ||
Ultra ≥ 3000r | ||
PVC | ≤0.020 g/cm²(1000r h) | - |
- Permissible load of adjustable pedestals
The allowable load for adjustable supports should be ﹥20 kN.
Fireproof performance
The fireproof performance should reach the B1 level.
Floor appearance
The raised access floor should be assembled finely, keep the seams neat and tidy, firm bonding, no opened glue, the surface covering and finishes should be not glaring, stain-resistant, no slip, no visible chromatic aberration, blistering and defect. The metal surface has a strong anti-rust layer. The floor with galvanizing should have a metallic luster and no defects. The floor treated with spraying should be soft light, without obvious color difference, foaming and defects.
6. Quality Assurance
Preference should be given to manufacturers who operate an accredited third party assessed quality management system in accordance with BS EN ISO 9000 series of standards. It should include a Factory Production Control system (FPC) incorporating type testing, production testing, input material testing and any other procedure to ensure that the product maintains the stated performance requirements. We are a professional flooring system product supplier with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHASAS18001, produces multiple floor products that conform to the national electronics industry standard GB/T 36340-2018.
7. Quality Assessment Procedures
Inspection implementation -> batch-by-batch inspection -> second submission batch -> periodic inspection
Similarly, the inspection should be implemented not only throughout the manufacturing process, but also after installment, it should include inspections of the perimeters, thresholds, checks for panel movement, rocking, squeaking, and other noises, ease of removal and replacement of panels, pedestal locking, panel levels, and gapping, panel damage, etc. and ensure that the whole system has been installed to an acceptable standard.
